What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field
• At least 2 years of working experience as Business Analyst
• Experience of SQL
• Knowledge of wireframe, product prototyping and mockup preparation
• Able to use or willing to learn Demand/Project management applications
• Able to work in teams, have analytical thinking and solving skills
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Familiar to agile methodologies / scrum
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies

What are your responsibilities:

• Determining software development needs
• Preparing workflow diagrams and mock-up designs and functional analysis documents in line with the needs
• Working in coordination with the software development team to meet business demands and requirements
• Preparing test scenarios and defining the expected system behaviors as a result of these scenarios
• Coordinating user acceptance tests by performing system tests
• Informing all teams about risks and changes at the first opportunity
• Taking an active role in all processes until the delivery of the projects for which it is responsible

Nice to have:

• Experience with Test tools: Postman, SOAP UI
• Experience in CRM Projects
